The Shoppers Circle Merchant Refund Policy
Here at The Shoppers Circle there are no refunds. We offer a service were all merchants create and edit their own offers. Once an Offer/Ad becomes live, no refunds will be processed. Refunds may be considered and processed for the following:
Offer Never Post. If your Offer/Ad was not posted due to The Shoppers Circle’s error and not an error of the merchant, a refund may be processed in full or partial after a complete investigation of your request is complete.
Accidental Purchase. All refund request for accidental purchases should be made on the date of subscription sign-up and before your Offer/Ad becomes live. Once an Offer/Ad becomes live, no refunds will be processed. A refund may be processed in full or partial after a complete investigation of your request is complete.
