A. First make sure you have the correct login credintials. If thats not the issue, check the app store to making sure your version of the app is updated. If the issue continues contact support@theshopperscircle.com .

A. Check your spam folder, if your still unable to find it, resend another link from the login page. If the issue continues contact support@theshopperscircle.com .

A. The Retailers create and monitor the offers you see in real time.  So, if you don't see an offer that was previously listed, that means the offer is not currently available.

A. On The Shoppers Circle App the offers are live, If the offer is no longer in your vault that's because it’s not currently available.

A. The offer is good for only 10 minutes after clicking "redeem offer". Most offers will not become available again until after 24 hours.

A. All offers on The Shoppers Circle App have been confirmed and verified. We Do Not allow fake or expired offers, So If the retailer has an active listing and is refusing to honor the offer, please contact us. support@theshopperscircle.com

A. In your profile there is an option to turn off push notifications.
